This workshop has been designedspecifically to strengthen technical competency while increasing participant confidence throughpractical exercises and real-world municipal examples.Workshop OverviewDay One focuses on payroll foundations including payroll administration\, documentation\, TD1forms\, SIN requirements\, earnings calculations\, benefits\, deductions\, and payroll fundamentals.Day Two builds upon those foundations with advanced payroll processing\, employment standards\,remittances\, year-end reporting\, Records of Employment\, terminations\, CPP2\, and practicalmunicipal scenarios. \n\n\n\nLead FacilitatorDavid McInnes is the Co-Founder of RareLeadership and brings more than 35 years of progressiveexperience in payroll administration\, financial management\, organizational leadership\, adulteducation\, and executive consulting.Throughout his career—including serving as a C-Level executive—David has processed payroll\,overseen payroll departments\, led organizational operations\, developed policies and governanceframeworks\, and advised organizations on leadership\, governance\, and operational excellence.
