Discover how integrating these two plans supports sustainable service delivery\, clearer budget alignment and increasingly informed decision-making over time.  \n\n\n\nWe’ll examine financial sustainability indicators that help measure and communicate the long-term impacts of service choices on both community outcomes and future costs.  \n\n\n\nDelivered by NAMS Canada in partnership with Manitoba Municipal Administrators.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMMA Members will receive 2 PD credits for attending this session. \n\n\n\n\nFramework Alignment: \n\n\n\nThis session supports the Process pillar of the MMA Competency Framework by building skills in the Financial Management competency\, specifically under Financial Analysis and Reporting.
