It focuses on the strategic elements regarding administration\, leadership and finance. \n\n\n\nThe boot camp space is limited to a maximum of 30 registrants for interaction and networking purposes.  Additional offerings may be possible based on demand. \n\n\n\nSession length will be 1.5 days with a fun evening of municipal story time around the “campfire”.
