Part of the MMA’s mandate is to regularly update the data in the CAO Salary Matrix. The matrix has been endorsed by the MMA and the AMM. It is a valuable took in ensuring fair and equitable pay for all members and plays an important and on-going role in closing the gender pay gap.
The MMA is committed to promoting a culture of fairness and equality in municipal government, and the updated salary matrix is an important step towards achieving that goal.
