About the Program
The Manitoba Municipal Administrators Mentorship Program is a dynamic initiative aimed at fostering professional growth and collaboration among municipal administrators in Manitoba. This program brings together experienced Mentors and motivated Mentees to create a supportive environment for learning, sharing insights, and navigating the unique challenges of municipal administration.
Our mission is to empower municipal administrators through mentorship, creating a culture of knowledge-sharing and skill development. We believe that by connecting seasoned professionals with emerging talent, we can contribute to the continued success and excellence of municipal administration in Manitoba.
This program is offered free to MMA members and participants will be eligible to earn professional development credits. Applications for the mentorship program are being accepted now until December 15, 2023.
