Delivered by NAMS Canada in partnership with Manitoba Municipal Administrators.

MMA Members will receive 2 PD credits for attending this session.

Framework Alignment:
This session supports the Process pillar of the MMA Competency Framework by building skills in the Asset Management competency, specifically under Service Delivery and Risk Management. It helps participants identify, assess, and communicate risks that may affect a municipality’s ability to deliver services. By linking risk to levels of service and lifecycle costs, the session strengthens risk-informed planning at both operational and strategic levels, supporting more resilient and accountable municipal decision-making.
