This training takes a holistic view of Asset Management (AM), extending beyond the development of an AM plan.
Participants will explore the distinct roles and interconnections of the AM policy, AM strategy, and AM plans. Key elements of each document will be identified, and guidance will be provided on the appropriate timing and approach for developing these components within an integrated AM framework.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

• Understand the broader context of Asset Management and how various AM documents contribute to organizational success.
• Differentiate between the AM policy, AM strategy, and AM plans, including their purposes and key components.
• Recognize the interdependencies between AM documents and how they support decision-making and long-term planning.
• Apply a strategic approach to integrating AM principles into organizational practices beyond just the AM plan.
