Environmental Utilities Coordinator

The Rural Municipality of St Andrews is seeking applications from talented and qualified candidates for the position of Environmental Utilities Coordinator.

Reporting to the Director of Infrastructure, this position is responsible for providing administrative, technical and field support to various areas within the Infrastructure portfolio. This includes actively managing service tracker requests, wastewater monitoring and billing, provide technical and field support to the wastewater operations other areas within the Infrastructure portfolio and coordination and field support for various construction projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum high school diploma, and shall have sufficient experience in Wastewater Collection systems, and exposure to other areas within the Infrastructure portfolio. Other key attributes of the successful candidate will include showing initiative to learn new applications related to wastewater billing, demonstrate an ability to work independently, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.

This is a full-time (45 hours/week) hybrid office/field position, offering a comprehensive benefits package and pension plan.  The salary range $29.00/hr – $33.00/hr and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
