Dear Member,
As you are aware, you received a notice from the website indicating that your membership has expired. This notice was intended as a reminder that your membership renewal is due, and you have until March 1 to complete the renewal process.
Please note that the renewal process has changed. To renew memberships, please click on “Memberships” along the top of the home page of our website, then click on “Become a Member”.
For those purchasing the bulk membership option, you will first select the number of memberships you wish to renew. You will then be able to choose which memberships within your municipality you are renewing. At this time, all users within your municipality will appear, so please ensure you select only the members for whom you are renewing memberships.
Once your renewal is submitted, you will receive an invoice from QuickBooks (QB). Payment can be made by credit card using the link provided on the invoice.
After March 1, memberships that have not been renewed may lose access to member benefits, services, or participation privileges.
We value your involvement and hope you will continue as a member. Please take a moment to complete your renewal before the deadline to ensure uninterrupted membership.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the office.
Thank you.
Adrienne Bestland
