Members will also learn how using this framework, administrative leaders can empower their team to excel and grow, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
The Governance Nexus: Administrative Leadership meets Politics
One of the greatest determinants of success for a municipality, is the quality of relationship between Council and their administration. This peer-panel session will try to tackle the question: In today’s political climate, how and where should municipal administrators lead? Our experienced panelists will share their insights on how administrators can navigate the political environment to support good governance, long-term thinking, vision setting, and making better decisions.
Hosted by Canadian Podcaster Chris Brown (Municipal Affairs, Cross Border Interviews, The Political Trenches), this audience-interactive peer-panel will be recorded for future broadcast.
